Microwave SETTINGS UPDATE
We’re updating our microwave settings to make sure pretzels are always served hot and fresh! 1 cup of pretzels will now cook for 45 seconds while 2 cups will cook for 1 minute 15 seconds.

What to do if pretzels fall on the ground:
If 1 pretzel falls on the ground, the cup can still be served with 8 pretzels.
If more than 1 pretzel falls when transferring pretzels, start over with a new cup of pretzels.
Cleaning the Microwave filter
Each microwave is equipped with a filter that should be cleaned once a week to ensure proper function and cleanliness.
Location: The filter is located underneath the microwave door.
Timing: Clean the filter at the end of the night to allow it to dry completely before the next use.
To remove and clean the filter, follow these steps:
1. Gently pull each side of the filter away from the microwave. (You will need to pull slightly down and out)
2. Carefully remove the filter.
3. Wash the filter in the 3-compartment sink using soap and water only.
4. Allow the filter to air dry overnight.
5. To reinstall, align the bottom of the filter with the hooks beneath the microwave door.
6. Press the top of the filter into place, ensuring it is flush with the microwave.
